We have carefully sourced all our pieces from the length and breadth of India. All the products listed are owned by Vasati.Co. They have a detailed description about their size and the type of materials used. We have specially mentioned when a product is a vintage piece. Reproductions of works by famous artists also have been listed as reproductions. If you have any specfic question about a product of your interest, please contact us on Email or WhatsApp.

It will take upto 5 business days for your product to be carefully packed and dispatched to the Shipping Address put in during your purchase. The courier services we use will take 5-7 working days to then handover your Vasati selection to you.

Due to the exclusive and singular nature of all our products we are unable to offer exchanges. However, if a customer receives a product that is damaged, on submission of proof of the damage and an assessment by a Vasati executive (via photos and video calls), we will consider offering an exchange, repair or return option. Please do contact us immediately if you have any issue with the piece you received. We want you to love your Vasati piece! The refund amount will reflect in the buyer's bank account within 10-15 days of the refund approval.

We are currently unable to offer a Cash on Delivery option for payment to our patrons in India.

Shipping Charges are calculated as per the weight of the product purchased, the packaging involved and the Shipping Address listed for a purchase. All products are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur.
